This category is open to any team who have demonstrated an impactful learning intervention leading to tangible results. The project may have been in response to an internal need or that of a healthcare provider. It may have been delivered in collaboration with an external learning provider and if so, this should be reflected in the submission. The focus of this category is on how the team worked to identify the learning needs, developed suitable interventions to address these needs and measured the impact of the training on the organisation and or/ customer.
