Every company that enters the Pf Awards is required to nominate a company Coordinator. As company Coordinator your role is a vital part of the Pf Awards process. You will be representing your company as a whole and be the main point of contact between all of your candidates and the Pf Awards team.

Each coordinator has access to the coordinators portal where they can submit candidates, organise dinner tickets and accommodation.

Liaise with leadership team to identify top performing candidates

The streamlined fast track entry process means that all your company needs to do is nominate top performing candidates into each category. Below is some vital information for consideration when entering or nominating a colleague:

There is no limit to the number of candidates or entries per category
There is no cost to nominate candidates
All candidates need to be available for both the Assessment Day and the Pf Awards Dinner

Complete and submit candidate nomination form

This should be submitted via the coordinators portal by Friday 30 October 2020.


Liaise with candidates and remind of deadline dates

Advise of any internal company deadline dates
Closing date for entries - Monday 18th January
Results of screening - w/c Monday 1st February
Assessment Day - Thursday 4th March
Awards Dinner - Thursday 11th March

Liaise with successful candidates and company personnel to arrange the Pf Awards dinner tickets and accommodation
