I have been in the industry for 21 years and what I enjoy about being a judge is seeing how individuals have evolved over the years. A salesperson has had to adapt to the ever-changing customer requirements and changing NHS. The need to sell virtually, as well as face-to-face, has never been more important and the standard this year was fantastic, which is a credit to the individuals and the companies they work for.
