Welcome to the Pf Awards, widely recognised as the UK’s premier Pharmaceutical Sales Awards.

Pf Awards 2021 marks our 21st anniversary and will be somewhat different to reflect our changing world. The Pf Awards are free to enter and we would like to encourage as many individuals, teams and companies to participate and gain industry recognition for their achievements.

The new categories for Pf Awards 2021 are a reflection on this year and the Covid-19 pandemic. We will reward individuals, teams and companies for their outstanding performances in supporting each other, their companies, NHS colleagues and the many patients they have gone to great lengths to care for. The Pf Awards will commemorate the pharmaceutical industry coming together with the NHS to combat adversity during this global crisis. We are also broadening our categories to include our colleagues in communications, HR, training and marketing as well as Sales to reflect the great work we all do together.

After consultation with our industry partners, we have taken the decision to hold both the Pf Awards Assessment Day and Pf Awards Dinner virtually for next year. We are enthusiastic and excited about our plans and will make everything as engaging and interactive as possible. The virtual Pf Awards Evening will be live-streamed for free, so you can encourage everyone to join in the excitement on the night and celebrate your company’s recognition.

I look forward to you entering the Pf Awards to commemorate this very different year and to acknowledge the amazing way our industry has come together to overcome adversity.

Stay safe,
Melanie, Founding Director.

I would strongly recommend any employer engage with the Pf Awards. It’s an industry-leading platform to showcase the individual and team talent that an organisation has. We’ll be back in 2021 for sure!

Although I found the Pf Awards Assessment Day challenging, I found it really enjoyable and maybe this came across on the day. I especially liked the presentation where I could look back on my greatest achievement and get to be proud and show the assessors how I achieved it.

The calibre of the entrants was very high and I thought that being in the final assessment stage was quite an achievement in itself. I felt we were genuinely a strong team and had a good chance but being up against the best from other pharma companies, it was always going to be a complete surprise.

I was taken aback because I didn’t expect the Payer Engagement Award winner announcement to be up first, then to get shortlisted and then to hear my name being called was a shock really – it didn’t seem real! What was lovely though was that my phone started to ping with messages from other Novartis colleagues who hadn’t entered the Pf Awards, but were following on Twitter, which was unexpected support and hugely appreciated. I was even more shocked to discover my name being called out for the winner of the Outstanding Performer Award at the end, as I had not realised this was a category! It feels like a great achievement and I feel very proud to work for Novartis.
